· No reservations will be excepted more than a year in advance.

· All reservations will require a deposit, or Credit Card number as a guarantee.

· Reservations of one  week or more  will be charged a minimum of one nights lodging if cancelled less then 30 days from arrival date.

· During July and August reservation cancellations require 24 hour notice. A full nightly charge will be made to your credit card for any reservations cancelled on the date of your stay.

· Check-in time is 2pm and Checkout time is 11am, late checkouts will be charged for an additional nights lodging.

· Room rates are based on 2 persons per room, we do not charge extra for children under 12. There will be a charge of  $10.00 for each extra adult in room; Cots or cribs are $10.00 per stay.

· Office is open from 7am to 11 PM.

· Please park vehicles away from the building in parking spaces that are provided.

· Smaller pets are permitted providing they are clean and non-shedding; there will be an extra charge of $10.00 per acceptable pet.

· We reserve the right to require 2 night minimum stays during peak seasons.

· Towels, and other linens, are supplied for your convenience and  can be purchased through the office, if anything is missing from the room it will be assumed you meant to purchased it, and a replacement charge will be added to your account. Rags are available on request to clean your snowmobile, motorcycle or car, do not use towels from rooms.
