Rates/Policies

Cedarhurst Motor Lodge is a family friendly ten unit motel in the heart of Speculator NY. The Cedarhurst is within walking distance of Lake Pleasant and the Speculator public beach, as well as many business establishments including restaurants, shops and the local supermarket. Camp of the Woods is located 1/2 mile from the motel.

Room Rates
1-2 adults – Cash: $95.00 per night + tax; Credit/Debit Card: $98.33 per night + tax. An extra $10.00 nightly charge applies to each additional adult. Special rates for weekly stays available. We reserve the right to require two night minimum stays during peak seasons

Reservations

For reservations call 518-548-6064. All reservations require a deposit or valid credit card

Check-In / Check-Out
Room check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Full payment is required upon check-in. Lake checkouts will be charged for an additional nights lodging

Cancellations
Reservation cancellations require at least 48 hour notice. A full night charge will apply for reservations cancelled with less that 48 hours notice

No Smoking Policy
The Cedarhurst Motor Lodge is a non-smoking motel. All motel rooms are non-smoking rooms. Any guests found to have been smoking in a room will be subject to a $200.00 cleaning fee

Television
Each motel room includes a 32″ LCD television equipped with a Roku streaming device. The Roku streaming devices enable guests to log-in and view subscription channels (apps) using their own personal accounts, as well as view various non-subscription channels with free content. The Roku units are set to “Guest Mode” which allows guest to assign a check-out date to automatically sign-out of personal streaming accounts accessed during the stay. Instructions for use of the televisions and Roku devices are available in each motel unit

Motel office is open daily from 7:00am – 10:00pm
